As far as finished glass is concerned, actually a "super cooled liquid" and has no ordered (molecular) structure, it does not actually melt at any point. In the second step of process when batches are made then they are put into furnaces and conveyor belts, where various manufacturing processes are done accordingly by the various skilled workers. After this a proper shape is gained by the glass bottles and then color is mixed accordingly. Next to this the process becomes more complex because it is cooled and the shape it has attained becomes permanent till the same process is not repeated or it is not broken. For making advanced optics, so many more complexities are added in the second process before cooling the material.
No wonder, how much complex is the process but outcome is really wonderful. The bottles which are obtained from the above described process, they are marvelous and prove nice beautiful containers for perfumes, soft drinks, cold drinks and so many other liquid things.
